Kinance is a money tracking app for individuals, couples and families. You log spending by tapping, snapping a receipt or pasting a bank text, share budgets with up to 5 people, and give kids aged 8 to 16 their own app with Kip. It runs in any browser, phone first, with no bank passwords needed.

Not to start. Your 14-day trial includes everything, sharing and kids mode too. When you choose a plan, Dodo Payments saves your card, but you aren’t charged until your 14 free days are over, and you can cancel before then.

No, and it never asks for bank passwords. You add entries yourself, by tapping, scanning a receipt or pasting the text your bank sends. That keeps you in control and works with any bank in any country.

A parent creates a kid profile with a username and PIN. Kids get their own simple app with Kip, wallets and goal jars. They only see their own money; you see everything they log.

Each of you has your own sign-in and you share a workspace. The Family plan covers up to 5 people, kids included.

Your data stays. Without a plan you can still sign in, view, download or delete everything; adding new entries needs a plan.

Kinance is made in Sri Lanka and priced fairly for it: the rupee prices are fixed. Everywhere else the price is in US dollars, and Dodo Payments can charge your card in your own currency (Indian rupees, euros, pounds and about 80 more) at the day’s rate. The website shows an estimate; checkout shows the exact amount. The plans are identical.

Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, charges your card and sends the invoice. Local tax may be added at checkout. Cancel any time in Settings.

Cancel any time from Settings on the web; a cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. You can move between Personal and Family there too, and your history comes with you.

No. One Family plan covers the workspace; your partner joins on it for free.

Yes. Keep your personal workspace to yourself and share only the joint one.

Either of you can leave a workspace, and the owner can hand it over. Your own data stays yours, and you can download it any time.

The Family plan covers up to 5 people per workspace, kids included, and two workspaces. You can add more places with a members pack.
