Pricing questions
Do I need a card for the free trial?
Not to start. Sign up and use everything, Family features included, for 14 days. When you choose a plan, Dodo Payments saves your card, but nothing is charged until your free days are over.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your data stays. You can still sign in, look at everything, download it or delete it. Adding and changing entries needs a plan.
Why are there rupee and dollar prices?
Kinance is made in Sri Lanka and priced fairly for it: the rupee prices are fixed. Everywhere else the price is in US dollars, and Dodo Payments can charge your card in your own currency (Indian rupees, euros, pounds and about 80 more) at the day’s rate. The website shows an estimate; checkout shows the exact amount. The plans are identical.
Who takes the payment?
Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, charges your card and sends the invoice. Local tax may be added at checkout. Cancel any time in Settings.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Cancel any time from Settings on the web; a cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. You can move between Personal and Family there too, and your history comes with you.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full if you ask within 14 days of any charge.
